10 Powerful Superfruits and Benefits

You’ve heard of Superfoods, but what about… Superfruits?
Not every fruit qualifies and Superfruits are best consumed whole, not processed in order to benefit from them. Those considered “super” are packed with antioxidants, fibre, vitamins and minerals, and other nutrients that can help you live longer, look better, and even prevent disease.
So let’s begin…

Cantaloupe

It gets its Superfruit status thanks to Vitamin A, which boosts cell reproduction, making it a natural exfoliator.  Your secret weapon for smooth, younger-looking skin.

Citrus fruits

All citrus, are packed with vitamin C, fiber, and small amounts of other nutrients and disease-fighting chemicals. But is the vitamin C that makes citrus a Superfruit countering the effects of sun damage, regulating oils glands, and can even prevent age spots.

If it’s hard for you to enjoy the tartness of fresh grapefruit slices, try blending them in your smoothies.

Pears

Pomegranate
