How to use Moringa

You can eat this SUPERFOOD as fresh leaves mixed in your salads or in whatever dish you like. Drink it with your favourite smoothie or as a tea ( use ½ tsp. of powder when drinking as tea)

Moringa Powder is my way to take this earthy tasting miracle.

I usually drink it the morning with my regular green juice.

Recipe

1 cup of baby spinach or regular spinach

1 slice of pineapple

2 pieces of celery

½ cucumber

½ lemon

1 inch ginger root

1 apple

After juicing all ingredients I add ½ tbsp. of Moringa Powder

Mix well and drink.
